MISSING ORDER

If your order has been despatched but you've not yet received the item. We cannot control the time it takes for an item to arrive, however, we will endeavour to help.

In the first instance, please refer to the courier used - they will be able to provide the more accurate information. If the package is lost or the courier can't provide this information, please reach out and provide any updates regarding what's happened. We'll then chase with the courier and find the best solution for yourself.
